Hourly Consultation

Free 30 Minutes For Brides Via Phone  

For our hourly consultation, we offer phone and face-to-face conversation sessions.

Phone consultation: This is the first stage of our consultation service. We offer a short phone conversation with you, up to 30 minutes. The goal of this discussion is to ask few questions about your wedding and evaluate what you are looking for. Schedule your FREE 30-minute here

FACE TO FACE (2 HRS MINIMUM)     

Face-to-face discussion: This is precisely what you need when stressed with any area of your wedding plans. In this session of our consultation service, we dive deeper into your concerns, getting you the needed assistance in that particular area. It doesn’t matter if it is coordination, organization, color matching, venue selection, theme selection, or finding the right caterer that matches your taste/tradition. 

Wedding Planner Duties -  Full Service Planning/Coordination

This is perfect for brides who would rather not deal with the whole stress and allow a professional to take the reign in planning there dream wedding. 

We will:

      • Meet with you for an initial meeting to discuss your plans and wishes, Make a trip to your ceremony & reception locations prior to your event to assess layouts, decor positioning

      • Assist with creative design ideas, color palette, theme selection

      • Help with creating a user-friendly wedding website

      • Work with you to create and maintain a clear wedding timeline

      • Recommend and hire the most reputable vendors in the area and negotiate contracts on your behalf

      • Attended all vendor meetings

      • Follow up with all vendors and confirm details

      • Be the point person with venues, caterers, bands, photographers, florist, etc.

      • Meet with you in person or over the phone for midpoint consultation

      • Assist with save-the-dates, invitations, maps RSVP cards, programs, etc.

      • Oversee and assist with ceremony and reception setup

      • Provide and execute a backup plan in case of inclement weather

      • Offer event insight and professional knowledge thoughtout the planning process

      • Oversee event clean-up and tear down

      • Follow up post-wedding with anything that needs to be addressed

      • Create a detailed wedding day itinerary, VIP photography list, as well as ceremony & reception layouts

      • Help plan and oversee rehearsal dinner (per request)

      • Save you an enormous amount of stress as you entire the journey toward Wedded bliss!

wedding Coordinator Duties - Day-of Service/Partial Planning

This service is design to assist couples with last minute planning or tying up loose ends. We assist with the following:

1. Meet four to eight weeks before your event to review the following - Vendor coordination, Contract(s) review, Confirm start time with all vendors contracted for your event, Assist with rehearsal, Confirm wedding timeline, Review reception timeline. Follow up with all vendors to confirm details & arrival times one week prior to the event, Meet with you for a final consultation to take care of last minute details, changes & additions, Provide you and your venue with final ceremony & reception layouts & decor maps.  2.DAY-OF

    • Staffing assistance, Oversee setup/breakdown

    • Monitoring bridal party arrival, Monitoring vendors arrival

    • Stay in touch with point person, if there is one.

    • Pay vendors at end of event

    • Save you an enormous amount of stress as you enter your journey toward wedded Bliss

A-La Carte - Mix n Match

If you are on a budget and need help with a few things before your event, this is for you. This service lets you mix n match the services you may need help with the most.   

We are able to help you with the following:

  • Vendor referrals, Venue referrals

  • Addressing mail-outs, Creating/drafting map directions

  • Creating a reception timeline or wedding timeline, Staffing

  • Hourly consultation, Setup/Breakdown

  • Review contracts with your vendors, Theme selection

  • Budget planning for your event
